AI reputation management

What AI says about you: get mentioned, and mentioned well.

Confidential from the first conversation.

The answer is no longer ten links

ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity now answer for you when someone asks who you are or whom to hire. Before, whoever searched your name saw ten results and decided. Today they ask an AI and get three paragraphs with the certainty of a profile. If the information is old, incomplete or mixes up two people with the same name, nobody checks: they believe it. And there is no form where you can ask for it to be corrected. Being found, cited and described accurately by AI is what is starting to be called generative engine optimization, or GEO. We treat it as reputation management: first what AI says about you and whether it is true; then getting you mentioned.

What AI reputation management includes

AI visibility audit

What ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews answer about you or your company: in which questions you appear, in which you should appear and don’t, which errors they repeat and which sources they take them from.

Get mentioned

We work on the sources the models feed on (your website, directories, media, profiles, Wikipedia) so that when someone asks about your sector, your name is in the answer.

Get it said right

We correct wrong data, old positions and identity mix-ups where the AI reads them, and we fix your official version so that it is the one that gets extracted.

Stop the repetition of what shouldn’t be there

When the AI reproduces outdated or harmful content, we act on the source: removal, deindexing and the right to be forgotten (GDPR), and rectification requests to the AI providers themselves where applicable.

Every week, the same questions to the same models, saved with the date. We measure how many answers you appear in, how many cite your website, and whether what they say is correct. If something changes, we act without waiting for the end of the month.

Monthly report

Every month you receive a report with the weekly measurements, the comparison with the starting point, the sources behind each answer, who appears when you don’t, and what has been worked on and how.

FAQ

What is AI reputation management?

Looking after what AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity answer when someone asks about a person or a company: whether they mention you, whether what they say is accurate, and whether they repeat something that harms you. It is not the same as reputation software that uses AI to manage reviews.

Can I change what ChatGPT says about me?

Partly. What a model reads on the web at the moment of answering changes when the source is corrected or removed. What it learned in training cannot be deleted, only outweighed by better and more recent sources. We explain it in our note on what ChatGPT says about you.

Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will mention me?

No, and be wary of anyone who does: models change and their answers vary. What we do commit to is the work on the sources, the weekly measurement and the monthly report.

How long before I see changes?

Data corrections and source removals usually show within weeks. Getting a model to start mentioning you in sector questions takes longer: our estimate is three to six months, with no guaranteed timeframe. We measure it every week and include it in each monthly report.

Which AIs do you cover?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews. List updated September 2026.

Is this GEO or AI SEO?

Partly. GEO is the technique for getting AI to mention you, and we use it when the problem is that you do not appear. When the problem is that they repeat something inaccurate or something that should not be published, the route is correcting or removing the source, and that is reputation work, not optimisation. Most cases need both.

Do you know what AI says about you?

Start with the audit: in seven working days you’ll know what they say about you, what’s wrong and what can be done.
